Terms and Conditions
- Tour duration is approximately 8 hours including transfers.
- Hotel pick-up is usually between 1:00–2:30 AM, depending on your location.
- Trekking duration is approximately 1.5–2 hours to reach the summit.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended.
- Participants must follow all instructions from the trekking guide.
- Sunrise visibility depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- The trek may be adjusted or cancelled if weather or mountain conditions are considered unsafe.
- Children should be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be charged.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If the trek cannot operate due to severe weather or unsafe mountain conditions, the activity may be rescheduled based on availability.
